Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
💡 Important: The system confirms all sessions upon booking. I spend time interpreting your chart and preparing your reading a few days in advance.
- We do not offer refunds for cancellations or for any other reason.
- You may reschedule via your booking confirmation at any time, but no later than 24 hours before your consultation.
- Payment is required during the booking process.
- We do not issue refunds if a session “does not resonate.”
⏱️ What if I am late for the call?
- I will be waiting in the meeting room for 15 minutes.
- If you do not attend the session, there will be no refund.
- If you would like to still continue with the session or reschedule the consultation, please send me an email.
- If you do not attend twice, you will be labelled and will not be able to book any further consultations.
📝 What happened after the call?
- I will provide the recording of our session within 2 days.
- You have to download the file within 48 hours.
- I keep the recording file for one week. After one week, I delete our session.
Respect work and boundaries.
💡 You are my customer, and I am delivering you an ‘Astrology/Tarot’ service. By setting our boundaries, we can help each other to maintain a positive relationship and ensure the sustainability of our consultations.
- I will provide you with a safe environment. Your privacy and your situation first. Your conversations will not be shared without your permission.
- I value our time and conversation. Our dialogue is based on confidence, truthfulness, and respect.
- In order to ensure an environment that is safe and secure, I have adopted a zero-tolerance policy with regard to manipulation, verbal abuse, gaslighting, harassment, or fraudulent behaviour whether occurring before, during, or after a session.
- If you do not respect these boundaries, your session will be ended immediately and you will not be able to access any related materials.
- Feedback is always welcomed as it helps us to further develop our work.
⛔ What is not OK?
- Filing false reports, spamming emails, or making refund claims after receiving your session.
- Complaining of method I am using or corrections from free astrology tools or any AI software.
- Advice about how sessions or materials are delivered that is not requested.
- Using manipulative, disrespectful or demeaning language.
I do record our session. Therefore, anything against the serious violation may be taken to legal process.
Refusal of Service
💡 We may refuse or terminate services at any time if we observe any of the following behaviours:
- Scheduling conflicts (No-show twice or repeated malicious rescheduling).
- Disrespectful behaviour. (Mentioned above)
- Coming for counselling but wanting to be instructed or educated in astrology techniques.
- Lack of energy alignment- Especially, if you demand and ask for the answer you want, or being rude just because you paid for the service.
- Noncompliance with these Terms.
Not meeting these standards?
I would encourage you not to book an astrology reading session with me. I always do my best to ensure my clients are satisfied with my service.
